If you already have an account
Raise a support request from inside the app. It comes through with your account attached, so nobody has to ask you which uploads you mean or what plan you are on.
If you do not
Email support@sleepsignalsiq.com. Questions about whether your machine is supported, what the free plan includes, or anything on this site are all fine.
About your data
You can export everything you have uploaded, or delete your account and its data, from your account settings. You do not need to ask us. If you want to know who can see your data and why, that is in the privacy policy.
Medical questions
We cannot answer them. SleepSignalsIQ is information, not a medical diagnosis, and a number in your report that worries you is a good reason to talk to your doctor rather than to us.
